In 2013, Terrina was diagnosed with a number of food sensitivities that prevented her from eating some of her favorite snacks. Knowing that nothing was going to stand between her and her snacks, she took to the kitchen and began experimenting making “cheesy” dips. When friends and family who didn’t have any food sensitivities started craving the dips, she knew that she was on to something.
Terrina spent over 10 years working at a Silicon Valley Tech company as a project manager. After working overseas for a year, she took a sabbatical and went to culinary school to pursue her real love. During her internship at Michelin-starred, Chez TJ in Mountain View, California, Terrina knew she was hooked. She worked in fine dining for 3 years, helping Baume Restaurant in Palo Alto, California earn 2 Michelin Stars as the Sous Chef, before moving into culinary education at Sur La Table in Palo Alto, California.
