Our Not-Yo-Cheese dips are a delicious, dairy-free substitute for cheese. Try this: Cook your pasta according to manufacturers’ instructions, drain, reserving a cup of pasta water, and return to the stove in the same pot. Top with Not-Yo-Cheese dip and stir. Add small amounts of the reserved pasta water until the sauce has the desired consistency.
